If goods have been ordered in error or Unsuitable
It will be the Buyers Responsibility to pay for the return postage, and any refund given will be the cost of the product and not and postage paid.
All Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging.
The Seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.
Item Received incorrect or Damaged
In the event of wrong item received or damaged. Spillhut will correct this at no cost of the buyer. Please notify our sales team within 24 hours of receipt of goods by calling 08432899200 or emailing email@example.com
Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days.
Carriage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.
Refunds on large/heavy items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge.
Items received with broken seals will incur a 10% handling fee and those without original packaging will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Collections for unsuitable items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge. Collection of goods with a value of £50.00 or less and parcels returned to sender will be subject to a minimum charge of £5.00 per parcel.
Once the item has been received back in resalable condition a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
All orders returned through choice or through no contact at the location of delivery incur a admin fee of up to 20% of the invoice total. Plus return shipping costs.
