If goods have been ordered in error or are unsuitable
It will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage, and any refund given will be the cost of the product and not the postage that we incur to ship the item.
All Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition, and sent back in their original packaging. Business transactions will incur a 20% restocking charge and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused and wrapped securely in the original packaging.
The seller accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that a receipt of the posting is obtained and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned.
Item Received incorrect or Damaged
In the event of a wrong item being received or damaged. Spillhut will correct this at no cost to the buyer. Please notify our sales team within 24 hours of receipt of goods by calling 0203 916 5283 or emailing email@example.com
Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days.
Carriage incurred to send the item will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable, or ordered in error.
Once the item has been received back in the resalable condition a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
All orders returned through choice or through no contact at the location of delivery incur an admin fee of up to 20% of the invoice total. Plus return shipping costs.
